Nomination Submissions Are Open
Nomination submissions are open to current and active Avidity Recording Academy (ARA) members only. Eligible members may submit artists, songs, albums, radio professionals, media outlets, industry professionals, choirs, groups, producers, engineers, and other qualifying candidates for consideration.
Who Can Submit a Nomination?
Nomination submissions may be submitted only by current and active Avidity Recording Academy individual voting members. Eligible submitters may include artists, record labels, managers, producers, songwriters, publicists, engineers, radio professionals, media professionals, and other qualifying music industry representatives who hold active ARA membership.
Submission Period:
May 1, 2026 – June 10, 2026
Eligibility Period:
April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026
Official Nominee Announcement:
Tuesday, August 4, 2026
7pm CST / 8pm EST
Before starting your nomination submission, please have the following ready:

Submitting a candidate does not guarantee that the candidate will become an official nominee. All submissions are reviewed for eligibility and may advance through the Avidity Recording Academy’s nomination and voting process before official nominees are announced.
